A bunch of people here don’t know shite about what is going on in Arkansas. The real reason is NIL and the BOT, AD and Chancellor inability to adjust to this new era of football. They all need to be replaced.

You know, I thought ole Chad would go down as the worst coach in SEC and that there was no way we would ever go through that again… but I’ll be damned if Arkansas went and one uped Chad. I don’t even think Chad was this bad.

I don’t think we stop at the AD here, we need to get rid of board and probably get rid of our dumb arse Chancellor while we are at it. He does even have the balls to fight the religious nut cases when it comes to the 10 commandments.

They have to get the money out of it, the university presidents have gotten way to greedy and let college sports get way out of hand. When we go to a football game do we really need the Taylor Swift experience? No, we really don't.

The games would still be amazing with just the band playing, the cheerleaders.. you know the students driving the activities. They would still be amazing with football players who were truly amature, not getting paid millions and you know, actually had to be students.

Wouldn't it be amazing if the football players were actually there to get an education.. wouldn't it be amazing if they were educated enough to actually give a interview like they did in the past?

All things considered, if they level set everything and forced the players to actually be students I don't think the fans would skip a beat. Stadiums would still sell out, it would most likely be a lot more fun than it is today.

Because honestly speaking, today's game sucks balls.

It was a big mistake for the SEC to try to create a rivalry, they tried without understanding the dynamics of the state. We don't hate Missouri, hell most of us go up there to vacation. Love going to KC, Branson etc.. we are all the Ozarks.. there was basically little to know history between the schools.. it just didn't make sense.

Then putting them as the last game of the season, terrible decision. Arkansas just checked out, year over year. It would have been far better making it the first game of the season.

They are just now righting this ship.

Yep, I think he would have been a long standing excellent coach for Arkansas, but NIL took away his advantage which was recruiting. He was setup for success in that he brought coaches in that was supposed to get it done, but Arkansas being a poor NIL team did him in.

Tebow got carried, his numbers don’t mean shite. He should have never won the Heisman and was basically a glorified cheerleader.

I'd rather go watch my 5 year old kids soccer game.

If college football was getting to be so much of a burden on the student that they feel like they needed to be paid, then the correction should have been settings rules to lesson that burden and getting them back to being students first.

Sankey is the reason why the SEC is starting to lose its grip on college football, he needs to be replaced.

Before a school leaves I think you will see Shankey get replaced first. The reality is he is a worthless piece of shite who has done a lot of harm to the SEC. Further more in a landscape that has dramatically changed he has done very little to ensure that the SEC is ahead of the other conferences in terms of innovation and NIL adaptation. It's time for him to go and find somebody who can run the conference the way it was intended to be ran.. and not be Texas little bitch.

Ahhh, no. This defense is the worst I have seen in my 35 years of watching the Hogs. If you have a QB that can successfully throw a pass when they: a. Can stand in the pocket without getting touched for 3 minutes and then: b. Has the ability to hit a receiver that doesn’t have a defender within 10 yards then you easily win this game.

It really is that simple.. the only reason why you don’t win by 50 is because our offense is actually serviceable to pretty good… but I have never seen a defense this bad.

Name, image, and likeness (NIL) rules were introduced in July 2021, when the NCAA adopted an interim policy allowing college athletes to profit from their NIL.

Arkansas is last in just about every category tracked for states including wealth, we don't have enough money to pay for 50 to 60 players to play at a high level. Now in basketball we can afford 6 or 7 players.. but not how many it takes to field a good football team.
