The first two were huge mistakes, but Bielema was a good hire. Honestly shouldn’t have fired him. He had some bad luck and blunders but that happens in the SEC. We had no idea how much worse it could get

Petrino was given a path to keep his job and was uncooperative.
He asked for it.

I can’t believe how bad Chad Morris was.

He was a drunk and he skipped recruiting visits.
He couldn't win with Brandon Allen.

I think dabo would be a good fit at Arkansas
He’s obviously run his course at Clemson

He's way too old now but why the hell did the Hogs never make a big play for Jimmy Johnson?

Losing Kiffin to Ole Miss.
Had contract terms agreed to and a Memorandum of Understanding signed. Then Ole Miss came in with a higher offer and hired him out from under them.
Supposedly Sexton took our offer back to the Arkansas AD and their AD told him they were no longer interested then pulled their offer. Insanely stupid decision

I think it's Chad Morris. He's objectively the worst coach in SEC history.

77 was the Orange Bowl.
78 was the final four.

Houston nut was a big one
The petrino accident was not as big as not hiring him the second go round

He was passed over in 77 for Lou Holtz.
Then he was given a courtesy interview and was mad about it in the mid 80s.

Not only did Petrino lie to Long, he created a legal mess by having an apparent sexual relationship with a subordinate.
As for Bielema, he'd coached four 10-win seasons in seven years with two conference championships. It didn't work out, but it wasn't an objectively "bad" hire. He did have three winning seasons out of five.

Nutt was looking at a losing season and he bolted.
