Nebraska-Oklahoma back in '71 comes to mind. 35-31, Nebraska.

LSU 2003 UGA came to mind for me as well
LSU at UGA 2013 was insane too (shootout UGA wins 44-41 game....beckham muffed punt in 2nd half still stings)

LSU Florida 1997
LSU at Ole Miss 2003 was a battle as well with Eli getting tripped/falling down on 4th down to end it

Well, I'll trump you by saying the 2022 SECCG was absolutely electric. LSU fans were walking away, completely dejected and in absolute tears.

Texas beat the Nick Saban coached LSU Tigers 35-20
Texas Receiver Roy Williams made LSU look like slow boys to a fast man,
Had Nick Saban going bollistic on his own players on the sidelines

1972 Bama-AU "Punt, Bama, Punt" game (for the wrong reason).
1979 Bama/PSU National Championship game (Goal line stand).
1985 Bama v. AU last minute Tiffin fieldgoal
2017 Bama/GA National Championship (my all-time favorite).

I've been blessed to see some fabulous games in my years of being a Bama fan!!

ELECTRIC!!!

Even when Tyson Browning for UGA took that screen pass 91 yards to the house to tie it at
10-10, LSU fans could feel this was special and started chanting LSU… LSU!!!

2007 LSU-Florida. The crowd was insane...they announced USC went down so everything was on the line, Tebow was out for revenge after having his number passed out and made it known. Both teams just physically beat the every loving shite out of eachother until Florida eventually cried uncle.

I was a freshman in the student section.... bourbon and coke was flying when we knocked that last pass down.... frick.

Jaydens OT win over bama a close second. Ole miss last year felt more like an epic choke job by a Kiffen team and a really insane quarter by LSU, but that might be the most satisfying thing I've ever seen in death valley

Not my team related but the Doug Flutie Hail Mary win over Miami was a great game. Btw, I couldn’t stand Miami so it was sweet….

Bama-State, November 1,1980 in Jackson. Bama had a 28 game winning streak, 26 SEC game winning streak and 22 straight over State. The last two minutes was the greatest finish I have ever been a part of. The crowd was so loud, Jacobs tried numerous times to get the official to stop play. And succeeded one time with the referee not penalizing Bama for delay of game.

I guess what makes a game "great"? Is it the ending? Is it the entire game?

Best ending for me live was the Earthquake Game against Auburn in 1988. The game was boring watching it years later.

As for the whole game, I would say LSU vs Alabama in 2022. BK first year. New players and freshman playing. Bama a 10 point favorite and LSU should get blown out. Back and forth mostly and LSU takes a lead late. Bama ties it at the end.

Bama scores first and then Daniels scores a TD on first play and gets the 2 point win for the incredible upset. Knocks Bama out of the playoffs essentially. Ending so many years of losing to Bama in Tiger Stadium.

Dude, shut up. What a pathetic game to be the best you’ve ever seen. Your team got whipped on 3 different occasions.

For pure entertainment, the 1989 Houston-Arkansas game was great. Houston had Heisman winner Andre Ware at QB and a high powered offense that had scored 95 against SMU earlier in the year. Arkansas had a running back named Barry Foster and quick QB that could run and throw. Went back and forth the entire night with Arkansas finally winning 45-39.
