If Michigan offered, Elko would be a fool to turn it down.

He would become a HOFer at Michigan.
Just asking.

re: Eating Vienna Sausages…

I bet vienna sausages are considered "fine dining" in Alabama, right?

You'll have to excuse some of us for turning off the game when O got his gatorade bath.

We were under the impression that we were in an honest game.
Losing a home game to Texas A&M, a school with not much history of real success at football, served as a wake-up call for LSU.

LSU is thankful for the clarion call. The effect was much greater than if we had lost to one of the SEC Big Six teams.

The program is now rejuvenated big-time.

Thank you, Texas A&M!

You really believe Lane doesn't move up in the next 3-5 years?

Sure do.

LSU is going to be long term for LK.

LSU is going to be a juggernaut monster beast that will plunder and pillage the SEC.

Ole Miss is such a joke.
LSU to Bama is essentially a lateral move.

Some of you are too damn dumb to understand that.

Prediction: LK will be at LSU for 10 years and will build his legacy there.
I must be stupid.

I am betting on Aggie and Elko to win.

No school is going to leave the SEC.

I bet Georgia Tech and Tulane secretly lament the fact that they left.
I've got a bit of a feeling about them.

(which probably means they get knocked out early )

So why would he leave?

He wouldn't leave.

Moving to bama would be essentially a lateral move.

But many of these bama posters here simply are not astute enough to get it.

How is this mess going to sit with the REC?

Are they getting a bit restless?
Was there a scandal over his behavior that week?

It was a surprising loss as I recall.

LSU is a final stop unless you want the NFL.

That I what I believe.

The thought that he dumps LSU for a post-DeBoer Bama job is unlikely.

That would be a lateral move.
Saban wanted to come back to LSU when he left the Dolphins. Bama was a fall back job.

The LSU AD said no.

Dumb thread.

OM easily deserves being in the playoffs and they should be a first round host.
Is there any way both teams can lose today?
OP, well said.

Time to move on for every party involved.
