Tulane?

Come on, man. Get real.

There are far better choices out there.

Tulane massively screwed up years ago when they withdrew from the SEC, but that is their problem.

The Egg Bowl.

Does False River get back flow from the Mississippi River once in a while?

(maybe I'm thinking of Old River)

They are.
Maybe he wants out so he can search for the "real killer."

The wonderful .308 Winchester!

Sorry to hear that. May they RIP

Is that Arkansas QB from the '66 Cotton Bowl still around? Brittenum, I think was his name I think he got hurt during the Cotton Bowl.

x100000%

Poor little webels have got their panties all in a truffle because Lane blew them off and left for a much better opportunity.

Here's my prediction on how the Kiffin tenure will end-----

He retires from LSU following the 2040 season with 7 national championships.
Not going to read this thread, but I agree with the OP 1000%.

Vaught was a great coach and fine gentleman.

It is sad that standards have gone way down hill since Vaught's era.
Anybody remember Duffs? That place would have surely been a contender.

Yes, definitely.
I was never fully convinced by that knockout punch.

I know it had good timing, but it just didn't look hard enough to get the job done.
I was at that LSU game. Celebrating with my girlfriend and friends as the clock wound down.

It was a complete fricking fluke. Tiger Stadium went dead silent.

The moral of the story...

Even a blind hog finds an acorn now and then.

Burrow scored 72 points at Kyle and lost.

That game was stolen. Everyone knows it.

Bud Carson was the DC for the best of the Steel Curtain defense in Pittsburgh.

Clemson is a lock to go to the Big 10.

I cannot believe people really believe that.

The Big 10 schools wouldn't give Clemson the time of day.

There in NO chance that little 'ol Clemson would ever be a fit in the Big 10.

Have not read this thread, so maybe has mentioned that upon arrival at State Morehead told his players to get their ring fingers measured for the future championship rings headed their way.

That was a big tip off that the guy didn't know the competition level he was stepping into.

re: Lord Humungus has passed

Whatever happened to the main man for Humungus in Mad Max. His underling. That was the most scary character, imo.
Probably only a matter of time, sadly. $$$$ rules.

Hope I'm wrong.
