Yeah man we loved having you guys here. Everyone I talked to had nothing but great things to say about your fan base. Good times and I hope we do it again soon.

With that God awful turnover chain. Miami fans were insufferable!

This or beating Texas in the 90’s. They got us back a few years later with Rickie Williams though

For the old timers like me, I got a big kick out of the 1983 Maryland game. I was still a student and working in the SID department. There were several articles throughout the week. One in particular was saying that our Defensive Linemen had never seen a qb like Boomer Esiason. We sacked Boomer about 4 times, but hurried him many many times. Donnie Humphrey had a great game, and even recovered a fumble for a touchdown on the games last play. The week after the game, DC Frank Orgel and Dowe Aughtnan were in the office saying that on the last series when they were getting pressure on Boomer every down, Aughtman said that Donnie Humphrey told Esiason, " You know Boomer you may not know this, but you're allowed to change the snap count.' I always enjOyed that one!

Beating Texas at Texas and ending the Mac Brown era.

1985 Sugar Bowl UT over Miami
1991 UT at Notre Dame
1996 Citrus Bowl UT over Ohio State
2002 Citrus Bowl UT over Michigan
Edit to add...just realized the title said "ONE"...sorry I didn't narrow it down before posting. My bad.

Most State fans will tell you the Gator Bowl thrashing of Michigan or the two wins against Texas in the early 90's, and rightfully so, I'm pretty much in agreement with that.
I really enjoyed the 2018 Kansas State game. Not a good K-State team, but it was a good atmosphere in Manhattan and the home fans were incredibly nice. Kylin and our d-line looked like monsters that day, one of the few bright spots of the Moorhead era.
The unfortunate thing is that State had some really intriguing nonconference home and homes in the 2000's (Oregon, West Virginia, Georgia Tech) but the program was in shambles at the time so those games weren't as interesting as they could've been had State been good.

Bowl game - Oklahoma 1999, billed the last game of the millennium, won on last second FG.

2002 vs. Illini at the Ed. ILL was coming off of a Sugar Bowl appearance and the local press gave MU next to no chance to win.

From the fight before the game to the arse whipping during it, the U has yet to recover from that game.
There's a Miami program before that Peach Bowl and one after it, and they're completely different

Oregon fans were very obnoxious in Vegas. Saw one loud drunk guy that plopped down $30,000 on the Ducks. Was obnoxious all game and drank himself into stupor to ease the pain.

We hung 50 points on some big 12 team in Tiger Stadium last year.
Oregon 2011 was amazing. Total arse kicking.
Nuking Oklahoma last year was fun too.

I enjoyed our win over Oregon in the NC for the same reason you mentioned (and because it was the NC ). They had players saying things like "I hope they're in shape" in press conferences and it was this arrogance about them. They legitimately thought they were going to run up and down the field all game.
LSU and Auburn killed Oregon. Since 2010, they have played 4 games against the SEC. Lost twice to Auburn and once to LSU. Beat a pathetic Tennessee team.
