Buffalo Rock ginger ale (good and spicy)
Grapico grape soda (drank it 24/7 as a kiddo)
Coke
Golden Flake chips
Wickles

Just a guess.

I don’t know, but whatever it is, it rots their teeth something terrible

You've lost your credentials as a southerner.

I was doing my best to not give away the Coke answer

But I really don’t need to explain myself to you.

But I will say this,

I’m a New Orleanian

And we are a different subset of Southerners

That many will never understand

Most Bama fans I know usually prefer an empty water bottle and a can of Copenhagen.

Because the composite of the original SEC fanbases is so different.

Best chip brand in the South in terms of flavor, crisp and variety.

Zapp's is also very good but more limited.

Golden Flake maple bacon pork skins are outstanding.

Good Lawd, I love pork skins!

When I eat them, I can feel them clogging my veins.

And I still love them

On their website.

Looks like they have lots of tasty flavors. Chips and Pork skins both. I'll bookmark and have the Mrs look for them. 'Perciate the tip!

We sold the heck out of Golden Flake at my dad’s small town country store. My favorite brand as a youth through college. Sweet heat bbq chips, as another poster stated, were crazy good especially with a cold Coke or RC.

The factory was in Birmingham and every once in a while around the Bham area, you'd get a bag that had clearly been packed within the last week. Those were the best.

Unfortunately, they're closing, or have already closed, it this year so I guess that won't happen anymore

90%+ of my family lives in Mississippi. My grandparents always had this at their house and just always associated it with Mississippi.
