Yes. Please do explain how restricting someone’s ability to market themselves doesn’t go against the basic ideals America was founded on.

And while you’re at it, send letters to the 6 conservative justices on the United States Supreme Court and tell them how they got this wrong

the ncaa owes Alabama 30 victories they decided UA should forfeit or vacate. 21 of those games were because players didn't turn back in textbooks.

And the other 9 were because a player signed a bev nap in a bar in Nola to get rid of a pest so he could enjoy himself, after helping his team win a natty.

You might want to pick up a history book there, chum. I recommend Empire of Liberty, A History of the Early Republic 1789-1815 by Gordon S. Wood.

The virtues you are espousing are vestiges of the Gilded Age - some 100 years later.

On a scale of 1 to Drew Rosenhaus, how sleazy are the bookend guys in the NIL shirts?

Dude on the right looks like he sells hgh and roofies out of his gym's locker room. And the guy on the left buys roofies from him.

Ohio State is rolling under the NIL, thanks in part to their state's legislation. Texas and A&M are hampered by our state legislation's NIL policies. This has given OSU more room to recruit Texas.

This is a different argument entirely. One that has been debated for a long time and will be debated for many years in the future.

But you dodged the question. Are you a supporter of Laissez-Faire? And if so, why is this an exception?

people that pretend every serious d1 program hasn't been riding dirty for a solid century are either idiots or wishfully ignorant

Laissez-Faire?

I know people twice your age that stare at me blankly when I reference that. It is nice to see a young person use it.

Saban will no longer have the unfair advantage in recruiting now that it’s completely legal to offer kids sweet rides.
