Every year I’ve ranked SEC coaches on how well they would do in a fight to the death against other SEC coaches with nothing but their bare hands.

1. Clark Lea
2. Lincoln Riley
3. Ed Orgeron
4. Shane Beamer
5. Steve Sarkisian
6. Kirby Smart
7. Mark Stoops
8. Lane Kiffin
9. Sam Pittman
10. Bryan Harsin
11. Dan Mullen
12. Josh Heupel
13. Jimbo Fisher
14. Eliah Drinkwitz
15. Mike Leach
16. Nick Saban

Make sure to support your arguments

Harry Potter wouldn't last 5 seconds against either of these.

Orgeron would go into a blind rage and rip everyone apart.

Lol Lincoln might be last on my list - total Frappuccino guy.

Orgeron is #1. That Ogre could wrestle a bear.

Edit:

1. Ed Orgeron
2. Clark Lea
3. Shane Beamer
4. Bryan Harsin
5. Kirby Smart
6. Mark Stoops
7. Steve Sarkisian
8. Lane Kiffin
9. Dan Mullen
10. Sam Pittman (would have a heart attack if it went too long)
11. Josh Heupel (would have a heart attack if it went too long)
12. Mike Leach (He'd set some booby-traps, probably carries pocket sand for these situations)
13. Jimbo Fisher (wears cowboy boots to look taller than 5' 6")
14. Nick Saban (Old with a fake hip)
15. Lincoln Riley
16. Eliah Drinkwitz (lost fights to his younger sister growing up)

This is the biggest downside of Drink replacing Barry.

Harsin is younger and might be the most physically fit of all the current SEC HCs. Dude is jacked.

Lincoln is 22 years younger than O. He’d tire him out. It’s close though

Riley? he def has some fire in him but that’s high

Saban could probably cold clock someone if he timed it right. I’d have him over mullen

Jimbo was a QB in college, I’ll give the advantage to anyone that played ball on the defensive side, money in Ed

Orgeron was always the first guy in, full of energy, and he’d work out on the field just before practice — sit-ups, push-ups, chin-ups, squat thrusts. One day, one of Fetterly’s assistants stopped him.
“Coach, you’re in good shape. Why do you do all this?” he asked.
Orgeron looked stunned. To take a day off would mean falling behind, and that’s not something Orgeron would ever do.

“Son,” he said, “the day I can’t whoop a man’s arse is the day I don’t get out of bed

Coach O would definitely destroy anyone. I think Pittman can hold his own though. Too bad Muschamp is out bc I bet he’s a wild SOB

Totally agree and it’s why almost all of our middle aged former QBs are lower than the defensive players.
