if you're going strictly off individual performance based on what they had around them and what they were asked to do:

Tua
Winning is CERTAINLY a QB stat, but to me it's a secondary one. They have less control over the game than pitchers in baseball.
JFF elevated a middle of the pack big 12 roster to compete with the best in the SEC immediately. His only position group that was top tier was OL, and his WR were in the upper half of the league. We ran 5 wide and there was a huge drop off after Evans and Swope. Year two we started a walk on, that was found on the WOMENS BASKETBALL PRACTICE SQUAD.
He would have absolutely went scorched earth with bama or tebow florida talent around him.
What? That's a lot of pretty outlandish speculation, IMO. And if you're going to make that argument, I would argue that Drew Lock has performed even better than Manziel given how little talent Missouri has compared to A&M. Yet, I would never argue that Lock is on the same level as Cam, Tua, and Tebow because everyone is ultimately judged on what they did, not what they might have done if circumstances had been different.

Tua > Johnny > Tebow >> Cam

I am not even sure why JFF is in the conversation
Cam though is #1 just because as others mentioned he carried that team. I am not sure Tebow or Tua could have done what Cam did. They should be up there.

Do you remember those auburn fans who said it was horrible that Jalen lost his job and Saban was an arse for starting Tua?

Tua is a far better passer, but Cam's size, physicality, and running ability puts him over the top. Tebow would be third. Manziel a distant fourth.

Drew Lock isn't even as good of a passer as Manziel. Please take that BS somewhere else.

I never said he was. I said he has performed better than Manziel given his surrounding talent. You should understand this argument since it's exactly the argument you used to say Manziel was better than Cam, Tebow, and Tua. Yet you just don't get it.
If you're looking for someone spewing BS, you should take a look in the mirror.

Yeah but JFF is dead last in losses and national championships. Fair criticism tbh.
That being said manziel is underrated as a passer on this board

1. Cam
2. Tua
3. JFF
4. Tebow
Cam is the best college football player I've ever seen.

He had 3 1st round picks on the OL and a top 10 pick at WR.
He wasn't exactly playing with Vanderbilt's roster.

That's not fair. You only cherry-picked one stat. Nguyening cherry-picked four stats!

Yea the one stat that is all-encompassing rating of a QB's passing and removes # of passes or mass aggregated stats from the equation always seems to be the one that people want to avoid with Tua.
Weird.

Cam, Tebow, Tua.
If you include JF then I’d say add a lot of others.

What kinda offense is my team running? College game or NFL?
But I would generally say:
Cam
Tebow/Tua
Wouldn't touch Manziel. Dude's a mess and a cancer.
