Yeah, it's funny how that works. People are also quick to gloss over the number of interceptions he's thrown too, oddly.

And when you extrapolate out Tua's attempts to match Murray's they are basically dead even on everything except Tua has more TDs and less INTs, and still has a higher Passer Rating.

But hey, what do we know. We're just simple Bammers.

Do you really have to ask?

Probably Cam. I don't think I ever had to worry about getting a first down on 3rd and 4 or less when he played.

Because he won a Heisman trophy and was a great college QB?

Seriously, just a frickin animal. And then he'd pull it back and throw a ball across the field on a line. And of all these guys he CLEARLY played with the worst supporting cast. Solid OL, a great TE, solid RBs, decent college WRs.........but how many of those guys on offense played in the NFL? Maybe a few of the OL? Dyer didn't, McCalleb didn't, none of the WRs did. Tua's cast is obvious, Manziel had highly rated NFL picks across his line and a Top 10 pick at WR and Tebow played with tons of talent.

Like I said, best CFB player I've ever seen play in person.

Manziel was a highlight reel but I would go with Cam due to his clutch.

I never said he was. I said he has performed better than Manziel given his surrounding talent. You should understand this argument since it's exactly the argument you used to say Manziel was better than Cam, Tebow, and Tua. Yet you just don't get it.

If you're looking for someone spewing BS, you should take a look in the mirror.

The difference is, Lock didn't perform better, so it's a pure hypothetical.

Manziel DID perform better. It's not hypothetical, he is #1 or #2 at everything for that group of guys.

The team just didn't win as much, for reasons other than Manziel. My hypothetical is about team success, which was a direct factor of things Manziel had no control over.

Yea Lock may end up being a good NFL QB who put it all together late in his career, but his college numbers against good teams overall are dog shite.

Tua is the best 7 on 7 player in that group, but if he gets pressure he falls in the Tebow area. That is why I have some doubts about him at the next level.

No, I said that Bama fans should stop throwing Hurts under the Bus and wanting to burn a cross in his front yard after what he had done for the team. It was pitiful until he burned his redshirt.

I agree with that list . Johnny football is not even comparable to the others . I would move Tebow ahead of Tua if it was a offense that runs the QBs slot like Mullen and Gus run . But Tua is clearly better then Tebow and probly Cam for a pro style offense.

I'll take Johnny if Mike Evans comes with him, along with the horseshoe up his arse.

I'll take luck over talent all day every day.

Cam Newton. And what's scary is its not close. Probably the best college football player I have ever seen. I remember my thoughts when I first saw him play. "Where in the hell did Auburn find this big sumabitch. And how is so fast"
