As of this morning, only about 10% of votes were in. Thats what was said by one of the commentators during the OU-TX game.

Tua lost it.

Give it to him. He'll be another forgotten loser like Jason White, Sam Bradford, Eric Crouch, Troy Smith, etc etc. Give it to him. It's a meaningless award now anyway

I didn’t realize they were such talented baseball players

As an OU fan-agree we want team trophies not the individual ones. I’m fine with either winning it.

Kyler deserves it.

It must have hurt all of the LSU fans to upvote this thread since an Aggie made it. Their hate for Bama made them do it, though.

How so?? Putting up numbers in the Big something or other isn't that big a deal.

I guess I’m not into the “deserved” factor as, for example, folks wanting to put 2-loss UGA into the playoffs.

Kyler did a fantastic job in his 1 year starting for us. He should go make his $$ in baseball now. All that a trophy will do at this point is sell more baseball tickets (eg Charlie Ward in the NBA) or make him reconsider playing football another year (I wouldn’t as he may get injured & never play either sport at the pro level).

He played well, and Tua did not the week before the vote. Might as well just be gracious about it.

But the important thing is that his team is in the playoffs; Tua always has next year to be in the Heisman conversation.

I’m fairly certain most voters submit their ballots before the conference championship weekend
