Damn, a racist kid from Denver? I met a couple racist people there, but it was rare.
There was one guy who started making racist jokes after he heard I was from the south. This was while I was inspecting his work on an infrastructure project. It was like he was trying to bond and get on my good side. After the third incredibly unfunny joke (what did Lincoln say the day after freed the slaves?), I lied and said my wife is black, and that if he didn't get away from me ASAP, I was going to have thrown off the job.
He went pale white. The Spanish guys who worked with him a couple hundred feet away looked very confused when they saw me telling at him. He definitely lessened not to assume everyone from the south is a bigot.
There's definitely assholes everywhere.

He left A&M and followed Sumlin to Arizona. He requested a waiver so he wouldn’t have to sit this year. It was denied. So then he tried to exploit a new transfer rule by leveling allegations against A&M. He won’t get the waiver, but he will play for Sumlin for the next couple years.
