Have you ever even tried crawfish? Theyre pretty fricking awesome. Louisiana has the best most refined and unique culture in the usa, much less the sec...and that includes food.

Probably bland as hell and I know that they aren't as creative with flavors and dishes like people here are. You just can't beat louisiana cuisine man. That's not just me talking and giving my personal opinion, that's pretty much a well known conclusion.
