They practice, watch film and learn how to be coaches and take financial literacy classes so they don’t go broke.

We literally let kids major in theatre and art at Nichols State like it’s more likely they’re make it in Hollywood than a D1 starter can play in the NFL.

First, he already had his undergrad degree.

Second, football is a fall sport. He was enrolled in classes for the fall. He didn't enroll in spring semester classes.

He will have a piece of paper in December. Whether he acquired any knowledge outside of football is anyone’s guess.
