Carlson is saying that Islamic terrorism isn't as pervasive a problem for Americans as are drug overdoses and domestic rot. It's the same thing he was conveying in his annihilation of Pence:

The chief reason I support Trump is to wrest control of the Republic from the Deep State. He HAS made inroads there: securing the border and breaking up USAID being really big deals.
As far as holding any individual responsible for Deep State crimes to hijack the will of the American people, I can't think of any. The Comey prosecution was close, but it was irrevocably botched.
Just as an example, Liz Cheney publicly admitted to witness tampering in the J6 cover-up. She should have been charged on day one of Trump 2.0.
