Give that another couple weeks on the Rant and check back in. If you still hold that opinion then, my hat's fricking off to you.

I don't see how LSU fans don't feel absolutely filthy for dickriding them this time last year.

Especially today, in hindsight. Clemson fans are fricking intolerable.

They can have Death Valley. It was theirs first and we only took it when we whipped their arse in the sugar bowl. What is fricking insane is their band playing Tiger Rag which was written by Jellyroll Morton and the Dixieland brass band and played by LSU band since the ‘20’s. The fact that Auburn and Clemson adopted this song written and performed by Louisiana musicians is sad and shows their lack of originality.

I was perhaps a bit imprecise in my original post on the matter. You're right; not all LSU fans were dickriding.

alabama fans have a surprising lack of graciousness for fans of a program that has won so many titles the last 10 years

some people getting addicted to their team winning natties and get withdrawal symptoms when the team doesn't

I agree if they were the first Death valley, they can have it. But the song Tiger rag was definitely a musical piece written and composed by Louisiana musicians and adapted by LSU first. There is still debate over who wrote it or maybe composed the music of the version we know, etc.

So, let me get this skrate!!! Your band can only play songs that was written or performed by someone from that state?

Did not say they could not. I said it was sad and they lacked originality. Honestly, if I was Clemson, I would be embarrassed to play Tiger Rag in New Orleans in front of the university that started playing it 30 something years before they culturally appropriated it. Of course, I would bet not a single person in their band has a clue on the origins of the song.
