3 days before my 13th birthday. I remember my family all around the tv watching it. Nothing else was on tv that night except the crash.

I was at NTC. I was on advanced party and after party, as well. So, I was in the Barstow area for about 2 months. When I finally got back to Ft. Sill and called my mom, I found out about it. Hell, she had sent me pictures of my dog playing in the snow. Those pictures beat me back to Sill. Oh, I truly miss the days of cell phones/internet. Seemed like it was simpler times back then.
