Orleans Parish is the gold standard on corruption, not just for Louisiana but everywhere else in the south.
OTOH all Southern parishes/counties fade in the light of places like Cook County Ill.,Clark County, Nv., Los Angles and San Francisco Counties, CA., and the 5 Boroughs (counties) of New York.
We need to work harder.

Tracy City is in Grundy County. Tracy City elected a dead man as Mayor in 2010.Tracy City was one of the few remaining “sundown” towns in Tennessee when I was visiting my kinfolk growing up. Anything anyone could ever say about Tracy City and danger/corruption is probably gospel truth.

Now, there is a town called Hazard in Eastern Kentucky, which is in Perry County.
