What’s that parish, Nick Nolte had to hike through a swamp to watch Shaq play basketball in a church turned gym. Some of those dudes looked like they didn’t play. Also, why did Nick need a boat and a hike in a swamp to get there ; when a booster could just drop off a car?

I do outside sales and run appointments in Walker county AL all the time - and I have gone into some extremely low value/modest net worth areas

I don’t see why that county is on this list

Also, tagging Tuscaloosa county as “rural” is a big stretch - Tuscaloosa is one of the largest cities in the state, either 5th or 6th largest residential for behind Montgomery . Sure, there is a good bit of rural area, but T Town is well over half the county population wise…

HRV. Did you leave out Madison County, AR because Ralph Baker is dead?…. I don’t think they’ve gotten that much better, but maybe I’m off?

I think that's also the locale of Jim McDougal's Bank of Kingston, where we allowed Rothschild world heroin trade money to flow through and get tidied up

Perfect location, and a great place for a chicken fried steak

The Hollywood is solid but I guess it's not technically in Tunica "city" limits.

All of the above. But a worthy inclusion (even if more formerly). Also, I’m told that they still don’t need a school resource officer in Huntsville because all of the teachers carry guns(bunch of badasses over in Booger County).

And the biggest speed trap in the state. The town is sad and they keep taxes down by making anyone passing thru to pay them.

Every Parish, Louisiana - 5 Stars
I had friend back in the eighties that found out this was true, he was going through La from Texas with about 100 pounds of bud and got stopped and busted by a Parish Sheriff. After some negotiations through a local lawyer he was sent on his way with no charges, and no bud, for a 5,000 dollar fine. It would probably cost twice that nowadays.
