Your fans will be killing each other, though.

The trash of UGA is the class of Auburn.

UGA has the worse fans in the conference, carries over to the field. I have seen fan fights, etc between Auburn and Alabama, but the players know they are playing in something special.

My counterpart at AU and I mess with each other often but it’s good natured. If football is your top priority and you are not earning from it, you might need to adjust your priorities.

Was is it so difficult to blame Fairley for being a total thug POS in that game? You''ve guys invented the narrative that it couldn't possibly be his fault so it had to be UGA's fault...complete horseshite.EVERY game I've ever seen where something is "going on" on the LOS was settled on the LOS...not continuous cheap shots on the opposing QB.

Yea,they went after him eventually to protect their QB just like any team would do

UGA chop blocked Fairley twice in the game in the first quarter before he ever did anything marginal. They were called for it once and not on the second. In his interview, he said "They were cutting me.". You should not chop block defense linemen. Don't try to take him out of the game and he wont abuse your QB

They've done it before

Nice job getting history completely backwards.

State government didn't make Auburn & Alabama stop playing, they voted to make them start back.

You're forgiven for the error. Since LSU fans think football started in the late 1990s, I understand how you could make the mistake.

This ^^^

They were really out to hurt him from the start, so he gave some payback. This is football people. If you don't like violence, maybe you should watch golf or something.

I remember AU defensive line helping Brodie up after they were killing him. They were almost apologetic.

To this day, Croyle can't watch the Predator movies without having an anxiety attack.

Yea,I'm SURE you were a complete badass back in the day.

IF there's an issue on the LOS with an O-line or D- line it's always taken care of on the LOS.
Only a complete coward takes it out on a QB with his backed turned him and gets a good 4 or 5 steps and then LOWERS his head and spears him.

It always has been in the past but both squads are taking fewer alabama players each year so I wonder if hard nosed, respectful, gritty play will one day turn ugly due to this.

UGA Bama Pregame

You mean that UGA football is classless when they play Bama, UF, *and* Auburn but has a fanbase that accuses all those teams of being the ones that are classless?

Eddie "Meat Cleaver" Weaver

Hines "Sweep The Knee" Ward

I'm shocked... shocked I say.

This is a series that was ended because of its over-intensity for a time; some of that came from the football field.

Nope.

The hiatus in the Auburn/Alabama rivalry was caused by a disagreement between the schools regarding the choice of on-field officals and rate of per diem for the players.

If there's an issue, I'm going to take it out on your entire team. Every team has had their QB hit late. thUGA fans are the only ones who still cry about it 7 years later.

Auburn - Alabama is the fakest rivalry in college sports.

Both have fiercer rivalries with LSU. The Iron Bowl is like a hillbilly orgy. Pathetic really.

At least one of the teams, usually both, are playing for big stakes at the end of the season.

Let both teams come in at 4-7 with no hope of a bowl game Guys would be hiding shanks in their socks

The only team we ever have any issues like this is with UGA. Not with Bama, Florida, LSU or anyone else

UGA on the other hand has these issues with everyone they play. Auburn, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina and even Clemson.

I guess everyone is out to get UGA

I never see many problems around either campus on Gameday either.

It's a pretty respectful rivalry when the folks actually get together for the game.

That’s because in Bama, it’s accceptable to screw your cousin, but not to disrespect them!
