Not even sure what the OP is trying to say here with the quotes, but my guess on this thread's length is 6 pages.

Austin is the most liberal city in Texas. Often compared to California. Utx is the most liberal university in Texas. A&M is always ranked as one of the most conservative universities in the country. Not hard to figure out which has the most gays.

Let’s talk about how Texas and Deloss Dodds handled A&M’s move to the SEC. Talk about insecurity. That’s his face in the encyclopedia when you look it up.

All of these things point to a deep need or an entire identity built around being superior. It seems extremely difficult to accept that things have changed since the old days, and for some reason that is harmful to the ego.

So these Longhorn fans must insist that they are superior than A&M, or that A&M fans only went to A&M because they were rejected by Texas. That’s not normal.
