That’s because of the quality and top 10 match up games more than just being Texas. Georgia not even on the list. Keep your ego in check.

Helps when your team has some pretty decent opponents. Southwest idaho state and texas south vs good team does not bring in the viewers.

The"most watched " CFB metrics is one of the most idiotic, unscientific "statistic" I've seen.

They got ND in their season opener and PSU in their most recent game. It's mostly people watching their opponent.
Their two patsy games in between probably don't count against them because they weren't on TV.
