TexAgs vs SEC Rant

So I frequent both boards. Been having a hard time listening to the co-owner of TexAgs, Billy Liucci, due to his Homerism. Basically, he is not willing to be critical and objective when it comes to anything Jimbo Fisher.
Had a few posters over the last few months get banned on TexAgs for being negative and calling out TexAg staff for not asking the hard questions. But their response is to ban folks. Freedom of Speech and opinions that are negative against the program are not tolerated by Liucci.
SEC Rant can be brutal but extertainining as hell. But at least they allow for a free flow of thoughts.
So far warning to any Ags....Liucci is turning it into his own dictatorship. He clearly likes everything that Jimbo does!! Guy is clueless in life.

I left TexAgs because they obviously don’t protect free speech. They are worse than Twitter.

It's a PRIVATE website. Why are you expecting governmental protections under the constitution on a PRIVATE website? Do they not teach civics at A&M?

Not sure you will Find anyone that gives a shite about Texags on here. Just a few that bitch about it but they always seem to know what is going on over there… go figure.

I enjoy listening to Liucci for the comedic value. My recent favorites were from last year after the LSU game when he went off about how special Haynes King is and how A&M basically would have won the SEC if he hadn't gotten hurt. Then he also went with "Yeah, LSU fans will throw shade about how they beat us, but that's only 1 game" and immediately follows up with how A&M's season wasn't a failure because they beat Alabama.

I got booted in the summer of 2020 for noting Looch's 3rd grade level of critical thinking.
Haven't been back.
This place is in serious need of some new anti-A&M shtick. The gay and yell leader nonsense just smells of adolescent projected homoerotic fantasies. Lots more gay here than in BCS. Kinda sad.
But at least I get to talk some shite to SEC mates.

Free speech is a concept. It is an element of a free society.
The Bill of Rights protects citizens from government intrusion on free speech but it doesn’t own the concept.
If a private citizen runs a social media site, he’s allowed to infringe on free speech but users can and should complain about it. It’s un-American.

Looch can't really criticize Jimbo and still have the kind of access that he has to the program. Sucks, but that's the way it is. Still, that doesn't excuse him censoring what others say though.

Texags is good for off topic discussion but that’s about it. It has a board for every region of texas. I’m not an aggy so I’ve never even looked at the football discussion on that site.
If this board even tried to appeal to Texans a little bit then it would be the perfect site. As it is, still much better than texags though.
