Watched all the games live and made it thru some questionable weather for A&M baseball. Unless you were bombing 450 ft shots and 108 exit velos Friday, nothing was leaving Blue Bell. It was a small ball day, yet, A&M batters were attempting HR shots all night long that were high fly outs. A bit fearful if weather isn't right for HR derby, it is a massive weakness for this team right now. Hopefully they adapt and put more balls on the gound for horrible weather days like Friday.

Our true freshman, back-up to Sorrell, is insanely talented. TKII or Terrance Kiell II may somehow work himself into the starting line-up. Batted 0.500 w 3 RBIs, 2 walks, steal.

USC Transfer catcher, Galloway. Impressive too.

Jace? Dude is a beast. Period. Can he reach 50 HR this year? Doubtful but guy crushes them so easily.

Sat was beautiful. Balls flying over fences all day.

Sunday wind coming into Blue Bell but bats still strong.

Team is gonna hit 150 HR pretty easy this year.

Need to clean up some minor fielding issues and pitching was a bit inconsistent. Lots of strike-outs but also lots of hittable thrown balls that were not placed well.

Patton on Sunday was something to see. 8 KOs, 1 run on 4 hits. Great debut for the highly sought after transfer.

Overall....great opening weekend with lots of progress ahead but gonna be a very fun team to watch.

I am reading X comments about his recent interview claiming that Texas baseball has a blue collar work ethic. WTF? Really? Texas is a school of white shirts and frat houses in the middle of a urban Metropolitan area full of CA transplants. Perfect for his swinging life style but this guy has ZERO clue about being blue collar.

Yes, I am biased and honestly think it is funny as a PR nightmare for Texas. Plus they lack the talent to compete in the top half of the SEC. Simply a fact.

Worse thing for Texas and best thing for the SEC is for CDC to be a complete idiot and keep him. Think CDC's ego is too big so he retains him. They all are going to continue to laugh at you!

And if Texas fans think baseball is the solution? Ahhhhhhhhhhh, man. They have something coming. Barely completed in Big 12 and Schloss is not a wizard, especially in a NIL era where the kids dictate the narrarative. Schloss is a very good coach but treats his players poorly. This will he their downfall as he won't he able to retain the talent or build a culture of leaders.

Ahhhh....wonderful watching their demise. Hey? You can still look forward to football in Sept, right?

OU? I won't even go there. Their problems are unresolveable. Both these are joker hoops and baseball programs.

Uhhhhh, this game looks over. I said 31-17 OSU. But looking like 42-3.

Texas, Penn St, OSU, GA, Oregon and ND were the clear legit teams. Not many folks could argue against that.

The drop off from those teams is EXTREME and the selection committee really screwed up and has zero clue about picking the most competitive teams.

SMU earned it but did not deserve it as a CFP team.

Indiana earned it but did not deserved it as a CFP.

TN did NOT earn it and they absolutely were not a CFP team. This was very clear watching them all season.

Clemson probably earned and deserved it but plenty of teams better. Hell, just look at my Aggies, played far far far more competitive football against Texas.

South Carolina fans????? You earned being a CFP FAR MORE than Vols. You got screwed as one of the best SEC teams by the end of the year. Shameful.

If they gave Nico more than $1M in NIL....explains everything about Vols issues which will just continue on each year with Huepel. He aint the answer that is proven know.

So much in common with A&M on the BK hire. Difference is that we can self fund the mistake which Scott Woodward spearheaded.
