I assumed that y'all would realize that much of the hype and conjecture were press and social media related, and that the intelligent thing to do was to wait on the full investigation to be done and reported by the authorities. Again, I was wrong.

Well - I just can't help myself. When I watch Colonel Mustard carries the Lead Pipe into the Observatory ... I just assume I won today's game of Clue.

Yep.

Historically Alabama is the best SEC football program and only true blue blood, and second best basketball program.

Check Alabama's baseball record against the "established" SEC teams. You may be pleasantly surprised...just a hint...

#2 Alabama
As with football, Alabama Baseball has a great winning tradition. After their 2006 SEC regular season conference baseball championship, the Crimson Tide tied LSU for the most SEC regular season titles with 14. The Crimson Tide also leads the conference in the most SEC Tournament Championships with seven. Appearing five times in the NCAA College World Series, Bama finished second in 1983 and 1997. The Crimson Tide were led in those seasons by the all-time winningest coach in Alabama baseball history, Jim Wells. Alabama has also made 20 appearances in the SEC Baseball Tournament (fewer than Mississippi State and LSU), but has earned 7 Tourney Titles (the most out of the top 3).

#1 LSU
It's easy to rank Louisiana State University at the top of SEC baseball. (Other than Georgia in 1990) LSU is the only SEC team that has won the College World Series. And they did it five times: 1991, 1993, 1996, 1997, and 2000. LSU has also won 13 regular season SEC Championships (1939, 1943, 1946, 1961, 1975, 1986, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, 1997, and 2003) and six SEC Tournament Championships. They have the highest winning percentage in the history of the SEC Baseball Tournament. Finally, the Tigers have made 13 College World Series appearances with the latest being in 2004.

Damn. We're nice to y'all in football. Seeing us ball out really seems to have you upset.

Ive never celebrated our sweet sixteens or our elite eight or been very proud of how far we made it in a tourney.. sounds like something losers do.

Bama fans obviously have a Championship or bust mentality.. it was started in the early 1900s.. so sue us. Bragging about being in the final 4 and not winning a championship is a horrible flex... I'm not saying it's not cool. Of course bball is a different sport but to say how far you make it in the tourney is better than a conference championship is asinine especially if all the teams are working to win it. I'm sure the players love cutting down nets. Regardless of the fans opinion.

Alabama has won more SEC titles than LSU, more games than LSU , and more games head to head vs LSU. 115-75

Thanks for playing.

But it's my thread, and I was being very nice to Kentucky basketball, but you just couldn't shut up.

Kentucky fans don’t need you to be nice to us. We are well comforted by our 8 National Championships, 4 Runner-Ups, and 17 Final Fours.

That enough basketball for you in your basketball thread?

And Bama basketball has done nothing in the postseason.

Why did you even bring up baseball?

Just take the L, save face, and get out of this thread. Bama has football. That’s great, congrats. You have zero argument with any other sport.

We talking regular season?

Post season SEC tourney?

Combination?

I ask as they stopped the SEC tourney for what 30 years or so because folks got tired of UK winning it. Had the tourney been played, UK would be #1 in all time wins in the USA, and not even close. Bigger point is what could have happened in those games had UK not won. Would it help or hinder Alabama's totals?

lol, its funny to hear all these Bama fans have no clue what actual SEC titles are. SEC tourny titles have nothing to do with winning the SEC.

Bama and LSU will be tied after this season.

Alabama football laps around UK basketball. Hell little ole Kansas has more wins than your lot. You’ve won one natty since 2000. Should have never let Rick leave.
