You cant go wrong with the Basque Country or Bordeaux. It really matters what you're interested in. If you're more of a foodie I would personally recommend San Sebastian and the Basque region of Spain. If you want a more "bougie" Napa experience Bordeaux is your go to. ...

I will second that, crowd noise does play a factor but once you're locked in crowd doesnt matter that much.
