While I agree with you and what he did...I wonder why they were allowed to play the first 3 downs with the women coming off the field and it became a problem on that down.
(FTR, it was a problem for the referees, and not necessarily SC.) The delay gave Georgia plenty of time to make sure we had the proper personnel on the field and see what formation SC was running.

The So Car AD had this "celebration" between quarters, no big deal. Poor planning/execution on getting them off the field in a timely manner.
Beamer is a douche. Coming out of an official stoppage of play, nothing happens until the the ref indicates play can begin. No way that happens with spectators on the field, and no reason for SC players to be standing in position until that is getting ready to happen.
I'm guessing that Rattlers Heisman quest and Carolina's chances of winning ended on the 4th down play, probably due to more poor planning and execution.

This was my initial thought after watching the video. Lining up ready to play and then having the game delayed by an outside factor essentially gave UGA a free timeout to get their defense right.

Honestly, there was no safer place in the stadium for those ladies than the UGA endzone while USC had the ball.

Beamers reputation is taking a big hit lately. And this latest embarrassing moment sure isn’t helping his image. Yelling at women who were invited to take part in an on field celebration of women’s participation in sports. Beamer looked to be such a good guy last year. Thrilled to be a HC and enjoying his new job. But now it looks like the pressure is starting to get to him and he isn’t handling it well. Making snarky comments to the media at pressers isn’t gonna get him good press either. He’s not Saban and it won’t be ignored or forgotten
