I bet he went and screamed at the Operations department after the game as well. That was ridiculous. It gave the Georgia defense so much extra time to view personnel and formation and make adjustments. You could see Kirby over there positioning his guys and coaching them up while this gals took their sweet time clearing the field.

He has every right to be pissed.

didn't do anything wrong. The AD and whoever planned that celebration shouldn't have interrupted the football game for that.

Yeah, the event planner is 100% at fault. I’ve seen a million quick ceremonies held between quarters but never seen a game delayed because they weren’t off the field at time.

Beamer had no idea what group he was yelling at, just that they needed to be off the field ASAP

The incels in this thread really like that Shane Beamer stood up to those 18-22 year old girls for them.

Cocks probably would’ve won the game if they hadn’t been on the field.

Shane Beamer is paid $5 million dollars to win football games.

If a group of 18-22 year old girls showed up at your place of employment and slowed down the drive-thru lane, you'd be pissed too.

They weren’t winning that game even if the girls would have stayed out there and pole danced for an hour.

We have lowered our standards in the ADs too much, no reason for that to happen in between plays on timeout do it before the game or at halftime. 275 people dont just move all at once.

Whoever planned that ceremony must be retarded, but Beamer wasn’t far behind them. How about instead of standing there on the sidelines throwing a fit yelling across the field, call your offense over, adjust your play call, then send them back out when play is ready.

Oh yeah, you're right. Looks like that was the staff total, not just Beamer.

But still,

Whether his team would have won or not isn't the point. That event delayed the football game and it should not have. That celebration and recognition should have been organized better as to not interrupt the main event (football).

Great idea if you knew what it was to begin with but even the announcers just said their are students in the endzone.

100%. And it’s still true that Beamer’s reaction was unhinged. shite happens, be an adult and don’t fly off the handle.

If you thin his reaction was "unhinged", I'm curious what you thought of Muschamp's previous antics on the sidelines

But no, he wasn't unhinged. He was obviously angry that his team was being given an extra disadvantage (UGA got a long look at their offensive formation) in the midst of being manhandled by UGA. His reaction was appropriate for a coach who actually cared about his team. If he wasn't angry, people would be saying that he actually didn't care about his team, the game, or his job.

The only reason why anyone is concerned with his reaction is because of the focus of the celebration that led to the delay.

You celebrate one team in between quarters, not 10+. This was a failure on the AD/game ops for not making it during halftime to allow for more time to celebrate. Somehow Dawn Staley will be championed when she calls out Beamer.
