You have to transfer to a SEC town that’s not the home of your school. You have three choices. List your three in order of preference.

Mine:

Nashville
Lexington
Fayetteville

Well I think it matters what football program is in that town so I’d probably go:

Athens
Tuscaloosa
Gainesville

ETA: If we’re just going towns in general I’d go:

Nashville
Athens
Fayetteville

Athens, Lexington, Knoxville, Nashville, or Columbia

Based purely on geographical height, those LA, AL, MS, FL, and TX schools would be too hot for me.

Also pass on MO.

Feel like Nashville’s best days are behind it, coasting off the fumes of its reputation now

It’s bad enough with all the Californians who have escaped here over the past decade. Couldn’t imagine Nashville.

Nashville hasn’t gotten flooded by Cali as much as northeastern carpetbaggers.

Nashville of 20-30 years ago maybe. But now? Not a chance. It wants to be a Atlanta too much.

Athens is ok to visit in small doses but the school is the only reason the town exists.

Columbia Mo would turn me into a radical.

Columbia Sc is a hard pass

Tuscaloosa is too full of Bama fans.

TAMU? I’m not living in Texas.

Red Stick is a hard Hell no

Lexington maybe.

Fayetteville would work I guess.

Witness... Lots of Ohio, Michigan, New York plates to be seen around Nashville.

Got those too.
Then there is the actual college and it’s just University of Texas at Fayetteville.
