I don’t think you understand what any of these things are based on your rankings. It’s like you posted headings, then threw teams randomly in there.

I honestly get, yet disagree, with why this topic got so many down-votes. It's a good question. I've worked everyone of these states. This topic can hook me in all night.
Let's take Louisiana. And let's talk about ol' boys doing good. You get very rural in Louisiana, and the first thing you'll see is very, very nice houses next to crawfish farms. Which are pretty much rice paddies growing ditch bugs. No shame on them boys - they're making good money.
Good on the Cajuns. Plus, they're always nice, at least to my Kentucky arse, in the bars and the job-sites. Mad props to Louisiana.

To put more of a spin on this, I've always thought Redneck was a sub class of White Trash and Hillbilly is a subclass of Redneck.
So if you are a hillbilly, you are a redneck and white trash.
You can be a redneck and not be a hillbilly, but you are white trash.
You can be white trash without being either of the two.
So if you are a hillbilly, you are a redneck and white trash.

Straight up ... always thought "redneck" was simply a dude with a sunburned neck. So he worked outside - construction.
The idea that being called a "redneck" has never been a slur to me, or where I came from. White folks call each other "rednecks" all the time where I'm from. Farmers are rednecks.
You can work hard and not be a redneck, if you have a factory job, I guess.

I was one of the fortunate ones to be from a city, even though Columbia is small and I also didn’t get the accent. Some of that might have to do with my mom being from Ohio.
But I’m 35 and have lived in SC my entire life and even to this day I feel out of place in small towns like say Pendleton, Elgin, etc.
Happy to say I don’t fit any of the categories. Anyone proud of any of them is strange af.

We're talking about the fans of each SEC school. I've been around plenty of them.
The ratio of white trash is extremely high with Arkansas. Just being honest here. Mizzou fans.. not so much. Mizzou students really come off as every day Joe, types.
When you run into Arkansas fans, it's typically beer belly, faded t shirts, dirt clad work boots, farmers tan and no moral compass. They're quick to cuss out random people over a little of nothing in public places. I've witnessed too much of it.
Missouri being #1... OK

I...uh...don't know what case you thought I was trying to make besides Missouri also being full of white trash, but that is a really cool story and I'm sure all of that happened.

Both groups don’t give a crap about what folks think of them and are generally self sufficient. If the power grid goes down these folks will survive due to hunting and farming skills. Plus they look out for one another.. don’t mess with them.
The white trash will die off and the fancy folks will be killed off by the gun toting militia fake soldiers until they run out of ammunition then they are toast.
The strongest groups are the rednecks and hillbillies when the dust settles, imo.
Might want to be nice to them just in case.
