lived in Dover,Rockaway twp, NJ for 5 years (courtesy of Uncle Sam), 30 miles away from NYC. I saw all I needed to see. Y'all can have it. Heck, I still say the Indians screwed us !

I liked Rockaway, especially the beach. Huge with all kinds of different scenes. Lot of fun

People misunderstand the origin of “redneck”. The original rednecks were Scottish Presbyterian rebels fighting against the Church of England. Their descendants settled in the Appalachians. Later I believe striking miners used red bandanas to identify each other in a big gun battle. Thus all the old school American rednecks were also hillbillies.

Arkansas can fit into 2 categories. Hillbillies for northern portion of the state. Rednecks in the south. No hills near Louisiana border.
