Now that tPear is getting players cleared left and right, how high up would you move LSU?

LSU is a top 5 team in the SEC with these guys that were ruled eligible.

Beard and Jans are both great coaches. No way both programs have terrible seasons again.

In WW's first season back, we'll be 9-9 in SEC and maybe 20-11 overall before SEC Ty.

The reality is that it is a crapshoot. The horseshite era we are in means few coaches really know what their roster is. So much turnover means no continuity from season to season. You just throw a bunch of new guys together every off-season and hope they can eventually gel and be good. Some will, more won't.

We have a 22 year old former 2nd round pick SF who won most improved player in an overseas league from last year.
We have a 7 foot / 250 pound center 23 year old center who will be a top center in college basketball this year.
I just want to know why it’s so crazy that I think LSU can be a top 5 team in the SEC with the size and experience we have? It’s not really a wild reach whatsoever. The talking heads of college basketball know what Niang, Dessert, and Clark’s approved eligibility means. It’s a pretty modest projection by me to be honest.

LSU will probably finish 7-11 if I had to guess, but the future is bright after this season. The MacMan era is over.
