About 9 million people would disagree with you
6.7 million people watch reruns of Judge Judy every day. Your point?
A bunch of baseball threads have disappeared today... Let this be one of them.

It’s weird when two of them use the Longhorn logo and the other uses the capital T.
I thought U-Trans dropping the T in deference to the Hillbillies was part of the requirement for joining the SEC.
What happened to the Yorke nickname thread from this morning????
Aren't most fan bases excited when their team hits a grand slam at their ballpark against a conference rival and defending national champions?
What are you talking about?

It sickens me that I'm reading and posting on this topic, but for some strange reason I like her. She hates us as much as we hate them and I respect that.

Forgot how good Ponansky’s radio voice sounded. This was excellent storytelling.
Agree. This is a great hour.

In '19 I told a friend we were going to Tuscaloosa and all he had to do was get in my car on Friday and I would take care of everything else. Worth every penny. Awesome to hear Pomansky reminisce with Jordy about that season and that game.

Good to have Jordy back doing a show.

Also Tony V ain’t doing so hot
This is the dumbest thing I've read on rRant and that is saying something.

According to what? Because more than Johnson was interviewed?
Because those are the fricking facts.
quote:

He also hired Jay Johnson who won two baseball national championships
WRONG - As others here have stated, Stephanie Rempe hired Jay Johnson. Fat Scott wanted Kevin O'Sullivan......

Dude is too professional, we need a baw from down the bayou calling our sports.
O?

YAW YAW YAW YAW Baseball

YAW YAW YAW YAW Home Run
Definitely glad the previous freaks that were in charge are gone, but since you created your account on 3/14/26 and assuming this isn't an alter, you don't need to start a thread for every ridiculous thought you have in your head.

This is almost as pathetic as the women’s basketball and softball threads
At least it's about a real sport that we care about.

If funny how a college player who was hurt for the meat of the conference season thinks he deserves to get paid more the following season in addition to what he earned for sitting his arse on the bench this season. This model is unsustainable and I look forward to the spigot being shut.

Would be cool if they were front and center on tv so the nation could’ve seen it instead of looking at geriatrics sitting the entire game.
The whole [sports] nation saw it. Ask Dickie V........

No cap. During tPear’s outright SEC championship season, I was at a bar in New York that had LSU playing at home on one tv and Michigan State playing at home on the tv right next to it; the difference in atmosphere was night and day. The PMAC looked like a literal morgue. Corpses that looked like they could croak any second were front and center, sitting down the entire game.
That's funny, because as someone who actually goes to games, that season was not like that at all. Too bad you weren't there when the student section chased that POS out of the PMAC with frick ALLEVA chants.
Yeah, that's how you pay for $60MM in buyouts in addition to new coach's salaries and NIL: Tell the rich people to get fricked and sit in the nosebleeds.

LSU fans have talked a whole lotta shite with minimal success outside of baseball.

No one likes someone who just throws around money with no consistent success to show for it, just come off as a spoiled little rich kid.

Congratulations on the worst response of the day. The list is short with American universities who wouldn't trade the their program for LSU's success in this century.
Well said Alt. We could name hundreds of examples of this happening at the collegiate and professional level in all sports. It blows everyone's minds that a small population Southern state is able to lockdown the shiny toy that everyone wants so many times.

How are there are there so many national conversations about WW being a selfish mercenary when he is literally returning to LSU because of the special connection he has with our university and fan base. If anything, this is a example to college athletes that loyalty pays.

Stephen A. touched on this before inevitable foolish babble.

Let'em hate. It's makes it that much better.
