SEC is already becoming the Big 10's bitch....if Notre Dame joins them with Marcus Freeman and their top recruiting classes....game over. The top 4 coaches in the Big 10 would be Day, Cignetti, Freeman and Lanning. SEC top 4 coaches would be Smart, DeBoer, Kiffin and Elko or Sark......

The B1G doesn’t really want Notre Dame. Ohio state barely plays against ND and the Domers ducked Michigan already and are now trying to duck USC.

No, they’d just shrivel to mediocrity. Would be 20 years before they sniffed a playoff game. They are just too weak for a real schedule.

Notre Dame would lose 4-5 games a year if they joined any conference, hence, they don’t want to join a conference.
