ND beat Indiana, Georgia and Penn State last year in the playoffs....lets see if we lose in the 1st round this year with a better team than we had last year.

played two rank4d teams in USC and Pitt just like I stated so how do you mean we havent played anyone since? And who has A&M played outside of Notre Dame and Texas and they got destroyed by Texas.

As an Irish fan.....I want an easy 1st round in the playoffs and that would be Texas A&M. They beat us at the beginning of the year by 1 point when our team wasnt hitting on all cylinders but now we are. We are on a 10 game win streak with an average margin of victory of 29.7 and that includes over ranked USC and Pitt. We have a Heisman caliber running back and our defense is playing lights out. I would be more worried playing Oklahoma for some reason than Texas A&M.

crimson- what schedule did A&M beat up on?.... :rotflmao: They beat Notre Dame and that was it. They lost to the only other decent team they played(Texas). So tell me about this great A&M schedule that they beat up on.

Texas is pretty privileged to....dont kid yourself. Thats why Longhorn fans are crying they should be in with 3 losses and their coach pimping himself out all over the media.

Notre Dame, Miami, Texas and Alabama should be the 9-12 teams....all of them would be double digit favorites over Tulane JMU.
Texas on top- Notre Dame has two losses to Texas' 3 losses. Notre Dame has no losses to unranked teams to Texas losing to Florida an unranked team. Notre Dame lost to 2 playoff teams by a combined 4 points. Texas lost to Georgia lone by 25.....have a nice day watching the playoffs and not being in them. :cheers:

Agreed, Big EZ...but it was a soft schedule. Beating Ohio State makes your season way more legit though but now the hard part comes. Win a playoff game and then lets see how good Indiana is because the playoffs are a whole different animal. If ya'll win a playoff game or two...your recruiting classes are gonna go way up.
Old Hellen- but beating Florida State this year is easy which Alabama couldnt do.
Sidewalk- did LSU make the playoffs with your 100 million dollar coach Brian Kelly?

Losing by 11 is blasted?....ok. So Alabama losing by 21 today should definitely kick them out of the playoffs.

Big EZ- so easily that people forget....last year in the playoffs we took out your Indiana then Georgia then Penn State and then lost by 11 to Ohio State. Let me see any team go through that Indiana, Georgia, Penn State and Ohio State in a row.
