Needs to get in rehab and get some help. Dude looks like a total junkie and can’t even be still while being interviewed. Maybe the realization of having to live in Baton Rouge has finally hit him. Whatever the case I hope he can get the help he needs and get his life in order. He looks bad. He’s too young to look like that.
