Ignoring that reads like a Rant post in article form, and was published at TigerRag.com -
Hearings are held for the presentation of evidence, it is not the purpose of a complaint.
Is the plaintiff now on the hook to prove the allegations? Absolutely, or the injunction/suit gets tossed.
But you cant scream no evidence provided based on a complaint before a hearing ever happens.

When the SEC gets up and says, “Well, Joe Blow SAYS they totally did it!” they will have their lawsuit tossed.

Penn State had the admin/HC covering for a child rapist and kept him on the payroll. They never brought it to a vote to kick them out. So much evidence, no vote.

I stated this in my post. How does Sankey know anything? The federal case appears to be based on nothing more than hurt feelings

As opposed to the subtext of all the articles the SEC cited in their lawsuit being what? Gospel truth?

The SEC is about to get their dick knocked in the dirt in a court of law for the 2nd time in a week.

My previous post was not a joke. No one hates LSU more than Glenn Guilbeau. He is not an LSU homer by any means. I am actually surprised that he would post anything that can be even considered possible good news for LSU.

This is true. Glenn will take any chance to hammer LSU if he can.

To the point that tiger fans are chastised for linking his articles

Its more shocking this tweet came from guilbeau than the information in the tweet itself

Kicking LSU out is still the correct thing to do

Seemingly a news report that cites "anonymous sources".

But . . . but . . Ole Missed fans on this very site have assured me that there are texts showing Lane's involvement. Why would they post such inflammatory nonsense with nothing to back it up?

Key word there is "firsthand". Like LSU and/or the player would just offer up an admission of guilt out of the kindness of their heart. Just because the SEC doesn't have "firsthand evidence" doesn't mean that they aren't 100% sure that LSU did it.

The "evidence" they cited are CBS reports and Twitter posts.

This is Bountygate all over again.
