And the current bylaws state that all the SEC needs is just 2/3 of it's members to vote a current member out. No evidence needed, just 2/3 of the members to agree to disassociate with the member school in question.

It is far more complicated than that bud. There would be multiple hearings not just this one. That isn't the way courts work.

There really isn't much room for argument.

The allegation has to be made in the complaint. Find me where in the complaint does the SEC allege that LSU conspired with the players and encouraged them to sue the SEC. It's not in there.

They want the court to prohibit LSU from being able to seek legal action against the SEC.

No doubt. They want to be able to follow their bylaws (which all of the member institutions agreed to) without having to go through the courts every time.
