LSU to avg. 20 penalties per game.

None of their eligibility rules are enforceable. What's stopping an NFL returning next year? What's stopping someone from challenging 5 for 5 next year? It's not hard to find a state judge either.

Sankey fricked up by not including the overseas pro basketball players who have been coming to play in the U.S. as college athletes.
Yes that is definitely part of it. The judges have been seeing right through our archaic notions of "amateurs" versus "pros"

We have players wanting a rule to apply to them. No one is challenging 5 for 5. It was the 5 for 5 rule that started all this. Back in July, by the way.

Yet. It's what's next. That and more pro players being able to return. This path isnt going to stop until the sport has hit rock bottom and Congress gets involved. And we're miles away from rock bottom

SEC wont take action against the school and coaches who play these players?

Read the fine print, and think of what can happen once this jumps to federal court. Should a federal judge eventually rule that a voluntary organization can enforce it's agreed on bylaws, how big will the bag be?

It sounds like SEC will follow court orders but still stay in the fight through the court system

That and more pro players being able to return.

All I know is that if LSU or any other school decides to roster any of these players, they better have in writing that there will be no retribution from their conference down the road if this gets reversed in a later Court.
Bet there are a few mysterious calls that go against LSU this year too

I can understand why you guys keep posting that gif, you know deep down that LSU is about to get castrated. As is LSU tradition you are simply projecting.

No hurry, he will have plenty of time to say hello when he is serving his half season suspension.
