This is a lie. The complaint has no such language. The only thing close to this, which is t really close, is the SEC requesting the federal court to affirm the SEC's authority over LSU.

I'm not going to comment as to whether they've been violated here, but yes the SEC is subject to anti-trust laws. Unless you've been living under a rock and totally missed House v NCAA. It was a pretty important anti-trust case and resulted in a $2.8 billion settlement, but sure the SEC isn't subject to anti-trust laws
