So you’re saying nothing has changed

It's a frickin conspiracy I tell ya!
You think contempt of court requires a conspiracy? I think you might need to google the definition of “contempt of court”.
I’d like to see you try to explain why the SEC sought pretextual relief for an announced threat that they have yet to follow through upon.
Hint: It’s because they know following through would put them in “contempt of court”.
I’m endlessly shocked by your intelligence.

Fixing games is a federal crime. That would be dumb. Lots of money being bet on games.
You see? People accuse me of pushing conspiracy theories for passing along my take on what the SEC has actually said and meanwhile you've got a bunch of half-wits running around accusing people of fixing games and posting pictures of the director of the FBI and shite.
Someone else was right when they said that the tiger rant retards are ruining this board.

What else is new? Been there, done that.

If what you are saying is true, it makes it almost a certainty that LSU will be expelled from the SEC.
Of course, you have no idea what you're talking about, so that's moot

Interesting that you would support an Obama and O’Rourke campaign donor in her attempt to engage in political warfare against a conservative Governor

LSU has a legal shield from any recourse related to this issue, so good luck :)

I think it's possible that the state judge could say that the SEC continuing a campaign of harrassment is absolutely in contempt of the state court ruling. I also think the judge could say that preventing LSU from adding those players is in contempt of the ruling
You have the SeC coercing its members to violate a court order.
It’s possible that you end up with schools outside of LSU suing the SEC to try and separate themselves from the liability.

You are under the impression that Louisiana state courts will compell members of the SEC from other states (not under the jurisdiction of Louisiana law) from expelling LSU from the conference? I don't think you understand what state courts can do.

No problem. We slap the SEC aside and keep beating the shite out teams on Saturday. Basketball hasn’t been even started yet.

Try again. I'm not supporting anyone in this. I'm talking about it and that's all. I'm just saying shite that you guys don't want to hear.

How does a state judge enforce that?

The injunction is directed at the SEC and the parties before the court. And the SEC does not expel LSU through 15 unrelated universities each independently deciding not to associate with LSU. Expulsion is an official act of the SEC, exercised through the conference’s governing mechanism by its presidents and chancellors.
In fact, the SEC’s own federal pleading acknowledges that the Louisiana injunction prevents the SEC and its member institutions from imposing the challenged penalties. The SEC then went to federal court seeking protection for a conference vote precisely because it believed the Louisiana order could interfere with that action.
You are clueless.
And the constitutional question is minimum contacts and due process… not “what state is your campus in?”
