My friend makes a killing installing whole home generators along thre gulf coast... he does zero plumbing of gas lines, but makes sure the homeowner had it lined up with whatever company they choose
He also wires prefab shops for lighting, running conduit and wires

But honestly, imagine for just a second that you had a black wife.... imagine the power of chaos you could unleash from her and her friends by just suggesting something is wrong... we've seen it a million times at airports alone

Go to NOLA and stay by the river just across from the Quarter... its Creole food, but a ton of fun shops, bars and restaurants that are an easy walk to
Laffy is not the tourist destination NOLA is, but if you want some damn good Cajun food, it's worth a 2 hour drive if you're a foodie... hole in the wall type places
I'd say go to Laffy if there was a festival with music to really immerse yourself in the tradition... BTW, its a great experience

Something i would love to do one day is buy a batch of raw whiskey distillate (basic mash bill, lighter on rye, and with a little more wheat), buy a used bourbon barrel, and age/bottle my own whisky
Maybe something like this... 75% Corn, 15% Rye, 6% Malted Barley, 4% Wheat, 135 Proof
