We’ll trade you BoB. We’ll handle any buyouts, we’ll chip in some boot if you throw in Ewers too.

Hey GAT BolierPickle I was at game in Austin tailgating . Had a good time, wore my LSU gear, no negative comments, etc. most seemed as if they did not even notice. If crowd, very organized tailgating, mostly brisket tacos served were I was. Watched band and players walk. Found out can’t play Eyes of Texas any more. Hv you ever been to a big LSU game on campus tailgating before?

Texas can be a great job, but good grief you've got a short honeymoon there.

Why was it embarrassing?
Steve Sarkesian's offense couldn't score a touchdown at home. Didn't score one in the 2nd half last week, either.

I read somewhere the other night that the Texas AD had Sonny Dykes locked up but some big money boosters intervened and made him hire Sark. Which would be the most Texas thing of all time if it were true.

Sark isn’t the problem. Your S&C coaches and program are the problem. The SEC is an extremely physical league. You guys were prepared for Alabama’s physical play in September and handled one game well. All 8 SEC games, unless you get to play Vandy every year, are just as physical. TCU played a very physical game against you and your guys just didn’t have enough in them to handle that in week 10.

His insistence on sticking with a player and gameplan that is not working is a big problem. His refusal to adapt after everyone can see TCU is selling out to stop Bijan and daring Ewers to throw is a problem. Not benching Ewers against Oklahoma St. and TCU is a problem. Our defense played lights out, giving up a single big play and then another score after a roughing the punter penalty -- AFTER getting away with one earlier in the game.
He so clearly wants to be a head-coach/OC hybrid that he's not in the flow of the game. He literally is always just squatting looking at his playbook. Jimbo-esque.

Sonny dykes won’t leave TCU

TCU has the best defense in the big 12.

There's literally no measure that supports this statement. They're about the 5th best defense in the Big 12.

Is this where I remind all the UTx posters how they dogged AU for 'running off HCs'?
Maybe y'all should consider Harsin. He'll probably work cheap.

I would take just about anyone over BoB. Hell we would do better if we just let Bryce run whatever plays he wants.

You’re crazy. Y’all lost by a TD to a top 4 team. Lost by a TD to OSU. Lost by 1 to Alabama. Lost by 3 to Texas Tech.
Only the TT loss is bad. The others were to better teams. Sark has Texas on the verge of being back to Texas with a young and talented QB. If you fire him now you’ll be right back to shite. Texas was in bad shape, it’s gonna take a couple years

You’ve gone 5-7 regularly over the last 12 years
You went 5-7 last year
Kansas dominated you AGAIN last year
Why were your expectations different?

Please fire Sark. Alabama would pay his buyout and give you a buy one get one of BOB and Golding for you troubles.

Id recommend Saban. I bet he is ready to make the move now. Finish out his career with his final crowning achievment. Getting a MNC at a third school. Its something even the greats havent done. It would secure him as the absolute non contested G.O.A.T.

This is one of the top 5 easiest places to win in the country and you are talking about wanting to fire your 4th coach in the last decade. At some point, its you, not them.
Mack Brown is 9-1 currently at North Carolina
The problem is definitely not Texas’ coaches

Are you just saying good coaches can win at Texas? Mack is a good coach and went to 2 title games at Texas. So I’d agree with you.
Our problem is that we choose poorly in about 80% of our coaching searches. We pick the flavor of the week with no track record outside of riding a great QB in that particular year.
