Nothing comes close to equestrian.

Nothing.

It is really a sport that requires 365 expenses. Feed, vets, supplements, farriers, boarding, etc.

Then if you do compete, you get to pay for trailering (or buying a trailer and doing it yourself), show fees, medical forms to show that horse it up to date before being allowed on show grounds, expensive clothes, helmet, and boots for the rider, lodging for you and the horse.

When my daughter (no pics) rode English equestrian it was the most expensive thing I had done, far more than a mortgage. I remember the last pair of boots she had were $3,800.

Why is there always talk of running out of money for SS but never welfare.

Welfare needs serious reform. A short time helping hand is fine but it should not be a lifestyle.

Time limits for being on it.

I would return to shipments of shelf stable foods to be mailed to these individuals. No EBT cards, just a box of flour, rice, powdered milk, powdered eggs, peanut butter, etc.

The goal should be to keep people from going hungry not becoming obese diabetics. And the food given should be so basic that people want to get off assisstance, get a job and buy what they want to eat.

And when people complain about the cost for the jail they can be reminded that many of these thugs are on government assistance which they wont get in jail. So that money can go towards their incarceration.

Plus what are the costs of these thugs walking the streets, those costs should be considered as well. Like not having car insurance and having an accident, going into 5 Guys and destroying property, having sex and making more little government dependents, the list is endless.

Correct, the problem is the stupid people we elect to represent us. They write this stuff in a way that is is vague and open to interpretation. They did this 200 years ago and still do it today.

Why wasnt that amendment written to say something like: We give all former slaves and any subsequent children born in America, citizenship into these united states.

But no, these idiots write it in a way that always gets "interpreted" in other ways.

I 100% HATE Aldi.

I wish the one near my house would burn to the ground. I would rather shop at a Dollar General than there.

They only have a bunch of off brand very basic stuff. And they are out of things that should be common.

If you are buying fruit or a loaf of bread they are good but try to make a meal with more than 3 ingredients and you are out of luck.

I will drive several miles to go to a Piggly Wiggly, Publix or even Walmart than go to the Aldi that is next to my house.

They are horrible.
