I've been battling Tulane students since the late 90's for space. This 'claim your land' concept has been around for decades. Either go get your space or stay home. Its as easy as that. :usa:

I don't believe i could be paid to attend this shyt show... Should make some good post parade news though.

Signs I've notice I'm not a spring chicken:

1) Random back pain from sleeping
2) I jumped off tractor in 2023 and my hip started hurting (hurt for 3 months)
3) I tore my Achillies tendon in 2024 and it took 1.5 yrs to recover
4) Most recently I was at a restaurant, and I pushed the menu away from my face to read it. Never worn glasses before but this moment really made me feel old.
5) I had a cramp in my leg and/or abs the last two times we've had sex.

Need to hit the gym and eye doctor in 2026. :lol:

Pictures, videos, more pictures, more videos, all time and date stamped. Then take more pictures.

They will try to burn you, so you need evidence and lots of it. Take pictures throughout the process, before demo, during demo, after demo, during construction, and after construction.

Planned 3 day Duck hunt camping trip turned ugly with horrific storm off the gulf. 1.5hr boat ride to get to the lease. Temps dropped to 20 degrees. Storm pulled water out of the marsh and boats were beached. We ended up staying out there 5 days. Didn't sleep the first 36 hours. Once weather broke we were able to catch some fish from oyster mound we camped on and made coffee. Tides rolled in at 3am on day 5 and we packed up and got out of there.

No ducks killed. Breakfast bars and chips for 2 days. Black drum, catfish, and couple rabbits for the next few days. Cell phones didn't work til day 3. Great story but I don't want to live through it again.

I grew up around cock fighting. It wasn't too bad. Just people betting on a fight; HOWEVER, after hours they would put metal spurs on the chickens who lost and let them fight to the death. Can't say i want to see that aspect come back to life.

But the foundation of cock fighting isn't that big of a deal. It was fun and taught 15 year old me how to make bets and how to handle people who didn't want to pay their losses. Good life experience but i wouldn't bring my kids today.

In college i was between classes at my apartment by myself and ate a spoon full of peanut butter quickly to get some food in me and it got stuck in my throat. All i could think about was, this the most fat kid way to die. I breathed slowly for a few minutes with the small amount of space i had to breathe through and then did something stupid. Took a sip of water to try to get it down my throat. Then i couldn't breathe at all and went outside to find help but then the moment i took a couple steps the peanut butter went down my throat.

Did water push it down? Did it just finally just unlodge?....I don't know. But I definitely thought i was going to die for about 30 seconds there.

Because the Crabs can jump 10'....squat lightly. :lol:
