Who cares if people drink raw milk? If they want to drink it and risk sickness then so be it. I grew up on raw milk. Don't have any interest in drinking it today...... this a publicity stunt.

The company is garbage. Bad business, bad customer service, and complete lack of give-of-shite for their customers
The products are ok. Not worth the pricetag but ok.
We spent $3,500 on gear for my sons baseball team. Half the sizes were wrong and gear wasn't what was ordered. It took almost 3 months to get the order right. After the first week they sent us to their attorney to resolve. Long story short one of our fathers was an attorney and handled it. Ultimately Marucci sent us the correct order and uniform sizes. But saying they didn't want too nor did they care the order was wrong...is an understatement.

Its merely a way for everyone to be able to celebrate something on Fatherday weekend.
Marucci is a garbage company that sell only decent products. Don't waste your time on that brand. Go buy him a solid leather 12" closed basket glove. It will last him til he has kids.

re: Any of you baws ever torn your ACL?

Yep. Start physical therapy the day after surgery and never stop. The more you bend and use, the faster the recovery. They stole my replacement parts from my hamstring on same leg. Its been 20 years. No problem with either my ACL nor hammy. PT PT PT
Yall need to stop spending money on Purses and fishing/hunting gear you don't need. Just think how wealthly yall would be Investing that money. 15 years yall could buy whatever purse and boat you want....
stop wasting that money while you're young-ish

Take a trip by yourself, keep working out, and don't drink because of sadness. Leave drinking for social and fun activities. Your later life self will thank me.
Sounds like it needed to happen. Suck it up butter cup...and get off Tiger Droppings with this gay shyt!!!!

If they are taking their money out for their own school district they won’t. Plain and simple.
The schools exist because the tax payers of the area paid their taxes. Just because the area is now incorporated doesn't mean they didn't fund those taxes to build the schools. St George has as much right to the real estate as the EBR School Board...which is why EBR is giving the realestate to them in exchange for their relinquished ownership rights to all the other schools in the parish. This is the same thing that happened in Zachary. Its a fair trade.
I don't agree with St George incorporating and trimming a section out of BR. Its bullshite but it happened. However they have every right to taking over ownership of the schools within their incorporated limits.

eople go crazy in these situations
No truer statement has ever been made. I watched two older siblings argue over belongings from their childhood home, and it became heated over a six-month period...so much so that they ultimately stopped speaking to each other and their kids' families stopped engaging each other. The brother said, “Whatever just take whatever you want.”
The old lady (sister) took everything from the house and stored it in her basement. Fifteen years later, after the old lady (sister) passed away, my wife and I were faced with going through that basement. It was heartbreaking to see, knowing the bitterness and permanent damage it caused between the two sides of our family....and for what? None of it was ever used or sold; it just sat there.
The family was effectively torn in half right after my wifes 97-year-old grandmother passed away, all over possessions that were never needed in the first place. In the end, it was all sold at an estate sale. Senseless. But yeah people literally go crazy...

Everyone who has kids should have a Will to make your spouse and/or kid's life easier when you die. No excuse. Not having a will is just lazy.
I understand, you don't care because you are dead. But lets make their lives a little bit easier.

Idiocracy at its finest. Pretty sure i saw Luke Wilson in the background.
Also if the draw is saving people and early retirement then I'd become a Fireman way before i became a police officer. that Job sucks, no doubt

I'd hire a surveyor and reach back out to your title attorney that helped close on the property. The title attorney owes you some free time if this wasn't captured during closing. Have your surveyor set iron at property corners and servitude/easement limits. Takes lots of pictures. Get a signed and sealed survey. Then go find an attorney to negotiate with hotel.
I wouldn't take anything less than the right of access and an annual rental rate for use of your property. Or Access + Settlement.

I'd rather learn that lesson in Ukraine and or Iran than on US soil. I'll allow the learning curve.
