He shouldve been a running back. He was all state on both defense and offense. He was a hell of a running back in HS. Either he didnt get developed or he was better suited for offensive side of ball. His size and speed will get him drafted in the 3rd or 4th round easy.

Outside of having Jai Morant on his team, his record and history is non remarkable. Dale also didn have to deal with money and NIL that is going around now. Dale could build a team because he didnt have to worry about the portal. Dale also didnt have to deal with and SEC that has alot of schools prioritizing basketball and are many more teams that are very good at it in the conference. See Bama, Texas, Mizzou, A&m, UF, etc. McMahon had 4 years to fix it and for different portal classes and recruiting classes to build something. He hasnt and thats enough time and changes. Its time to move on.

Apparently nobody remembers the Bertman years. He would use these midweek games to try new lineups, get young pitchers some work, put kids in pressure situations to see how they responded. Obviously u dont want to lose but a midweek loss to a small school isnt the end of the world. Especially if we get some young pitchers and players some work.
