Freedom of association from what? What are they being forced to associate with? Ex pros?
Define a pro for me?
You’re a moron. Go sit in the corner and watch big brother go tell the SEC to

I agree with everything you said, without even reading it

There isn't a snowball's chance in hell that you understand any of it.

Honestly I don't know why LSU doesn't just leave the SEC. 15 schools have said they don't want to go down this road.
Here's your problem, the ruling yesterday explicitly states that no penalties shall be handed out to LSU from the SEC or NCAA
You're fricked, and we were never going anywhere, regardless of these SECr retards, or your retarded fantasies ... so frick yourself while i frick your mother
And welcome to Louisiana politics 101... bitchboy

So Chambliss is not playing? Is this breaking news?

So, when various schools refuse to go to Baton Rouge, you will agree that any suit against such schools is barred by sovereign immunity? Maybe we can find some common ground.

FIFY
In the history of this conference it has always been "Us against the world" and that is where our innate strength came from. Now it is "Me! Me! Me!" and Gimmie! Gimmie! Gimmie!"
I think it is the Bible (or possibly The Torah) that preached strength in unity and destruction in division.

You dolt. Complaining about “Louisiana high school educations” while using an AI summary of a CBS Sports article to argue federal civil procedure is pure, unadulterated comedy.
I practice law in Louisiana state and federal court, some of my practice includes Civil Rights and other constitutional violations. Your little AI screenshot details a generative summary of private conference bylaws. Private contract rules do not trump federal constitutional doctrine, state sovereign immunity, or the Anti-Injunction Act. Under Pennhurst, those exact SEC rules in your graphic are dead on arrival in federal court, which is why Sankey was forced to manufacture a desperate First Amendment claim just to get standing in Birmingham.
You literally don't even understand the claims in the lawsuit you're blabbering on about. For those reasons, get fricked where you breathe.

If there are sane LSU fans, they are not wasting their time on the rant.

I thought Louisiana Politics 101 was letting cities drown in hurricanes and then blaming everyone else? Like I said, if everyone's fantasies about Sankey and "the refs" is true you are gonna get screwed worse than Auburn last year

I’m sane and coming here is pure comedic relief. It has been a gold mine since Kiffin accepted the LSU job and only gotten better since the judicial proceedings.

I am assuming you will be at Game Day tomorrow with your “Put’em Out” sign! That should go over well. Unless your mom doesn’t let you out of her basement in time.

They have a $50 Million Dollar roster, and still feel the need to encourage guys who couldn't cut the mustard in the NFL, to file suit so they can play another year in college.
These dumbasses are willing to take a massive risk with the downside of losing half their football budget and the HC for half the season, at worst. At best, they win the legal battle and make an enemy out of the conference and its fellow members. Bold move Cotton.

LSU needs to simply play the players and take the penalties.
Louisiana has plenty of MONEY to waste.
I also wonder if these players have already been promised NIL money.
If so, Kiffin may have already set in motion an incredible amount of liability for LSU.

Sankey has chit the bed so bad his leadership has moved the SEC from #1 to #2 behind the Big 10. He is costing every SEC school big $, but keep licking his NUTS, lol.
