The Saints played a few games in Tiger Stadium post-Katrina.
I remember going to the Saints-Dolphins game when Saban was still Miami's HC.
Saints, of course, were terrible that year. As nice as it was to see the Saints locally, outside, on a real grass turf, both teams sucked too much to enjoy the game. Only points were FGs, iirc.

Browns should have played games at Ohio Stadium for a long time
Tampa Bay should be playing literally anywhere

Should do a cowboys/Texans game in San Antonio, Monterrey, or Austin.

If you presume Saints fans have personal ties to LA and falcon fans have ties to GA and their respective LSU and UGA ties, WHY would they want to see their home teams at an away venue in Tuscaloosa, AL...
How important is a live Saints - Falcons game to a crimson tide season ticket holder?
How important is a live Eagles - Cowboys game to a penn state ticket holder?
The idea is a novelty at best attempting to mimic the NHL's winter classic...

Seems like none of the Saints games at Tiger Stadium were well attended

Field conditions should be better than in Mexico City.
Although your chances of getting shot walking to/from the game might be about the same.

Dallas vs one of the southern teams would do well too

Patriots v Cowboys would probably bring out all the wagoners.

They had that in 2005, played the Dolphins when Saban was coach there. Of course the Saints were so bad that year it wasn’t well attended I don’t think.

Too bad Cam is done, would have been fun to see him in Bryant Denny.

Let the Jags play in Birmingham since they almost got them instead of Jacksonville.

Notre Dame and Alabama would whore out their sacred fields to nfl teams? Pass. Send their arse to legion field.

But, it is a gimmick. Could be boom or bust. And, football fans would probably be over the experience and NFL game day expenses after one game. I don't think repeat games would work well.
