GG and great series to the Ducks. That team has a bright future. Also, thanks to them for knocking out the Oilers.

Hoping for the best against Colorado but realistically, expect the Avs in 5, maybe 6.
I'm enjoying this game so far but I'm waiting for it to get sticky.

The Knights aren't themselves if they aren't causing cardiac issues.

This game is on crack!

What is the false narrative?

Hands up, don't shoot was proven false when Michael Brown was shown to be reaching for the officer's gun.

Media and groups like the SPLC went out of their way to blame the #stopasianhate attacks on white supremacists...only to disappear with the quickness when numerous videos and mug shots showed nothing but black faces.

It came out that Trayvon Martin was involved in burglary activity prior to his encounter with George Zimmermann. Media tried constantly showing child age pictures of Martn and failed to report of activity such as punching a schoolbus driver. Zimmermann was repeatedly described as "white hispanic" a phrase neither use before nor since.

Tawana Brawley was found to have falsely accused four white men of kidnapping and raping her along. It says all that you need to know that ace pimps like Al Sharpton came racing in to play for the cameras.

3 white Duke Lacrosse team players were falsely accused of raping a black stripper which caused media and the SPLC to publicly proclaim the accused as guilty before evidence exonerated the accused...after it was discovered that Duham County DA Mike Nilfong falsified and hid documents that would have cleared the accused.

Jussie Smollett...how much time do you have for this one?

Talk about missing the point...look, I get that lawyers are paid to often have to feign ignorance in court to protect a client...but I'm impressed by your repeated willingness to do so on here for free.

How is paying racist snitches in racist organizations "creating" the crisis?

It's helpful propaganda they can use to push their false narratives to solicit donations, public opinion and favors.

When there isn't enough actual racism, create it and the suckers buy it en masse.

See Tawana Brawley, Duke Lacrosse team, #stopasianhate attacks in NYC, Jussie Smollett, Trayvon Martin, Hands up, don't shoot, BLM, etc.
Artemis II clips, DSOTM and The Sphere.

This needs to happen. :dude:
Ironic that you say that because everyone here is comparing this to when VGK management abruptly fired Gerard Gallant and replaced him with Peter DeBoer. This was just a few months after PDB and San Jose knocked the Golden Knights out of the playoffs.
Interesting tidbit:

Sheriff McMahill's predecessor and former boss is current Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo...who will be running for re-election later this year.
I went to the NRL doubleheader last Saturday night at Allegiant. Aussie fans definitely throw them back and have fun. They'd fit right in at Tiger Stadium.
Sydney Swans versus Carlton Blues

Something for my fellow insomniacs.
Any sport is more fun and more intense in person but hockey takes it to a whole different level, especially if you get seats by the glass.

I'd advise going to a minor league game before an NHL game. Obviously more affordable but also more fan friendly. Plus, many minor league games have more and better quality fights than many UFC cards.

Las Vegas had an ECHL team before the Golden Knights formed. Each year just before Christmas, one Wranglers home game was designated as the "Midnight Roundup" game, with puck drop at 11:59pm. It was definitely a fun people watching experience.
Too busy enjoying the hockey gold medal. Don't care.
If Canada somehow loses this, their suicide hotlines will be overwhelmed.
Happy for the ladies but I agree that this should have been 5x5 sudden death for as long as needed, just like the NHL playoffs.

Just the same, congratulations USA. :usa:

I give Ole Miss credit. Incredible game by both teams and the Rebs gave Miami a better game on a neutral field than Aggie did on their own field.

USC blowing a 4th quarter double digit lead in a Texas bowl game. Sounds rather familiar.
We didn’t dodge a bullet when that cackling mess lost. We dodged a nuclear exchange.

They frequently performed at Jazzfest and were always a fun show. RIP, Raul.
