Thanks Texas and OU for completely ruining this conference from what made it great

Do you think CBS is happy with the Big 10 or regrets losing the SEC?

They got the B1G at just the right time while the SEC is in decline and the B1G has ascended to the top.

Y'all can reminisce over CBS all you like but ABC/ESPN has been a vastly superior product. It's been great getting high-quality conference games in the 11:00, 2:30, and 6:30 timeslots every week, rather than getting a terrible 11:00 game, all the good games simultaneously at 2:30, and a second-rate late game most weeks.

Their viewership numbers for B1G games must be through the roof compared to what they did with the SEC, then, right? Right? Bueller?

The ABC product has been much better. Some Saturdays, I turn my TV to ABC and never change it.

Absolute garbage.
Their ratings are complete shite compared to the SEC
The BIG regular season games were a snooze fest last year.

I like watching replays of that ole grainy shite. It feels more legit, before we had any idea that college football would be a pro sport in less than 20 years. Lol

Their ratings were shite compared to the SEC and that's all that matters for the networks.
ABC is more than happy with their choice

I guess, except viewership is lower.
I don't really care about the production values or songs or whatever. I care about watching the game.
4 of the top 5 viewed games last year were SEC. Nobody watches anything but Michigan/Ohio State.
